Baking with a Pizza Steel / Baking Steel

I have just tested the 1 centimetre thick and 38cm round Pizza Steel / Baking Steel from R.O.C Baking Steel Australia.

It is as easy to use as a pizza stone and works great, does seem to produce a better crust than stone and shouldn’t crack as easily.

The photos show the pizza steel and then a pizza made with it. Pizza is Teriyaki chicken, onions and mushrooms.
