Peri Peri Chicken pizza
I came up with this pizza utilising left over peri peri chicken. It tastes great and have since found out that places like Crust Pizza sell a peri peri chicken pizza. The ones I have found seem to simply put peri peri sauce on top. This one is different, it uses chicken cooked with peri peri and doesn’t use traditional pizza sauce at all. The sauce is a blend of Ricotta cheese and peri peri sauce. The flavour is prominent and a lot of fun to make.
