Seafood Laksa
I have been making laksa for awhile now by making the paste from scratch. I made a recipe for the paste using information from all over the place. But the main inspiration for giving it a go was the local noodle place that sells it. I bought a jar of paste to compare as I have never actually used it. My paste is a lot more complex you can really taste it when comparing them. A rewarding dish to make for sure.
