Some food tastes great but is obviously not healthy. I like to make versions of the original that aim to be very similar but healthier, this one worked out great. It is my version of sizzling sisig a Filipino dish that is normally made of pork / parts of the pigs head.
I have made this dish many times before with different kinds of meat and all good. But this one is different and uses a vegan plant based meatless mince. Now I am not vegan at all but if it is healthy and tastes good why not. I am amazed how great this is, it tastes like meat, it tastes great. Healthy!
